Tirupathi Prakash has started his career in the television and film industry as comedy artist and supporting artist. He has acted in more than five tele serials includinge Sangharshana for ETV Telugu, Viyyankulu for ETV, Mr. Romeo for Zee Telugu and Sambarala Rambabu for Maa television He has acted in more than 180 Telugu movies including Varasudu, Abbai Garu, "Master, "Nijam, Mayajalam, Seema tapakay, Gudumba Sankar, Ranga the Donga, Jambalakidi Pamba, Suswagatam, Sankar Dada Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery, Hitler and Alasyam Amrutham.
