Achievements include research in first analysis of acquired mutations in the majority of protein-encoding genes of breast and colon cancers; research in demonstrated therapeutic efficacy of plateled-derived growth factor (PDGF) antagonists in models of human cancer with activating mutations in the PDGF system.
