He is best known for his role as Rob Baker on the Public Broadcasting Service kids" show Ghostwriter from 1992 to 1993. He appeared in the 1989 movie Lean on Maine, a role in the comedy series Kate & Allie, and a handful of kid-related commercial appearances. After leaving Public Broadcasting Service, Todd worked on a few commercials but mainly focused on school and a personal life.
He graduated from New York University in 2002.
He is currently working behind the camera as a writer and director
