Planned and monitor 3 prototype systems for application of advanced-treated wastewater into wetlands, Hilton Head Island. Designed and constructed programs for beach and dune stabilization, Hilton Head Island. Chairman Beaufort County Council Victoria Bluff Task Force.
Assessed and delineated more than 75 "404" wetlands in the United States.
