Career
Suursoo had a long professional career playing for several teams in Europe. Suursoo was the first Estonian-born player drafted by the National Hockey League (National Hockey League). He played two seasons in North America in the American Hockey League (AHL), but failed to make the National Hockey League. As of 2013, Suursoo is coach of Kongsvinger in Norway.
