In 1918, Tokiichiro Kuwata graduated from Applied Chemistry Department of Tokyo University.
Career
Tokiichiro Kuwata served first with Nihon Kasei (Chemical Product) Company and later became director and then president of Mitsubishi Kasei (Chemical Product) Industry Company (1950). Assumed additional posts of permanent director of Federation of Japan Economic Organizations, director of Fuel Association, director of Nissan (Japan Industrial) Association and secretary of Keizai Doyu-kai (Economic Friends' Association). Made official tours of Belgium and USA.
