Now joined the Royal Marines. He also played for the YLASH regional team Chamberlain started playing ice hockey for the Bradford Bulldogs and quickly picked up the sport.
When the Wakefield outfit split up, he had more time to concentrate on his ice hockey.
He soon became Bradford"s senior team first choice goalie, gaining a reputation as a very strong player and boasting impressive statistics Chamberlain spent a season in Upper Tantallon, Nova Scotia, Canada where he played with the Saint Margaret Bay Ducks in the Nova Scotia Junior Hockey League.
He would only play for one season before returning to the United Kingdom.
