Career
He played for Acrefair, Druids and Oswestry Town before moving to Manchester United. Jones made his debut for United at Portsmouth on 8 November 1924, and he went on to play 200 senior games for them. His last Football League appearance for United was in 1936/37, and his subsequent club was Scunthorpe & Lindsay United.
