Tom Walton

Career

Born in, County, Walton first excelled at hurling in his youth. He arrived on the inter-county scene when he first linked up with the senior team, making his debut in the 1944 championship. He was an All-Ireland runner-up on two occasions.

• Tullaroan Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship (1): 1948 (c) Kilkenny All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship (1): 1947 Leinster Senior Hurling Championship (3): 1945, 1946, 1947.
