Career
He normally played at either full-back or on the wing. Williams represented Wales at U16 and U19 level, then switched to England for the 2002 Institutional Review Board U19 World Cup. Williams represented England in the 2003-2004 World Sevens Series, winning the Hong Kong legal
He also competed in the 2006-2007 Institutional Review Board Sevens World Series.
He started and scored a try for Harlequins in their 2011-2012 Premiership final victory over Leicester Tigers. He then insisted the club doctor, Doctor Wendy Chapman, cut his lip to create a real injury to cover-up the cheat, which she then carried out.
This resulted in a 12-month ban for the disgraced Williams, (reduced to four months on appeal), a three-year ban for former director of rugby and former policeman Dean Richards as well as a two-year ban for physiotherapist Steph Brennan from the European Research Council with a £260,000 fine for the club
