Tomáš Němec of the Direct Marketing Association Modrý is a Czechoslovakian ski mountaineer and as a member of the Czechoslovakian national team, he placed ninth in the relay event of the 2004 World Championship of Ski Mountaineering, together with Jaroslav Němec, Michal Němec and Miroslav Duch.
