Tomosuke Ushimaru was born on 1872 in Akita Prefecture, Japan.
In 1894-1895 Tomosuke Ushimaru saw service as a soldier in the Sino-Japenese and then in 1904-1905 in Russo-Japanese wars. He was sent to Korea in 1906 to pave the way for Japan’s annexation of that country. Later he obtained a position with the Korean Government. Later in 1924 Tomosuke Ushimaru founded Koreans’ Company, was publishing a magazine.
