In 1969, Tony Alesandra graduated from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana, United States with the Bachelor of Business Administration degree.
In 1970, he gained the Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Connecticut, United States
In 1976, Tony obtained the Doctor of Philosophy degree in the Georgia State University in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
Tony Alesandra is the Chief Executive Officer of Assessments 24x7 LLC, a company offering a variety of online assessments, including the widely used DISC profile, the Hartman HVP, Motivators (Values/PIAV) assessment, and several 360º effectiveness assessments.
Tony Alesandra is a prolific author of 30 business books translated into over 50 foreign languages.
