He has played on albums from dozens of other artists and recorded and/or performed with artists as diverse as Freddie Hubbard, Tom Scott, Brian Wilson, Billy Idol, Slash, Philosophy Keaggy, David Pack, and countless others
His work as a producer has placed him in a wide variety of styles from jazz, rock, country, Christian, and musical theater. Guerrero"s latest Civil Defense releases are "Blue Room"-2010 (which spent about five months on the national jazz charts) "Apasionado"-2008, a collection of original Latin/Brazilian themed music featuring Grant Geissman, Bill Cantos, Brian Bromberg, Eric Marienthal and more, and "This Instruction Section The Hi-Fi Quintet"-2008, a band project paying homage to the retro-lounge music of the 1950s–60s.
Both CDs are available on iTunes and via his website, as are many of his recordings. In 2010, Tony was asked to create big band arrangements for two John Tesh CDs (John Tesh Big Band & John Tesh Christmas Big Band).
These albums were followed by numerous national tours (for which Tony held the solo trumpet chair with a 12 piece big band) and a well-received Public Broadcasting Service special.
