Career
He is of Italian ancestry. Pignatiello played club football for Toronto Italia, York Lions and Nova Scotia Clippers. After playing for at the 1987 Fédération internationale de football association World Youth Championship, Pignatiello earned ten caps for the Canadian national side in 1988.
