Career
After finishing elementary school entered the construction business and rose to become president of Torabayashi Construction Company.
Later Toramatsu Konishi entering politics after the end of war was elected to House of Representatives six times on a Liberal ticket. An extreme right-winger of the party he was parliamentary vice-minister in the ministry set up for war reparations.
