Career
He was Chief Executive Officer of Royal Viking Lincolnshire from 1980 to 1984. Hagen founded Viking River Cruises in 1997. The company has since become the world"s leading river cruise line, operating a fleet of 41 vessels on the waterways of Europe, Russia, Ukraine, China, Southeast Asia and Egypt.
