He graduated from Hiroshima Commercial School in 1930.
Career
He entered Nihon Seiko Kaisha (Nihon Steel Manufacturing Company) and became a member of Hiyoshi-Gumi Civil Engineering & Construction Association associated with the same company.
Became a manager in 1943 and then senior managing director of Hiyoshi Kensetsu Unyu Kaisha (Hiyoshi Construction & Transportation Company) and continued in that post after the company was renamed Nikko Transportation Company in 1954. Holds additional posts as an official of several other companies.
