Toshie Obama graduated from Politico-Economic Department of Waseda University at 1915.
Career
Toshie Obama joined the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, an economic journal, and became its president. He was an adviser to the newspaper. Although he was purged after the war's end, he was depurged (1952). He had been writing on economic and political problems. Was a member of the Yoshida Cabinet's Policy Council.
