In 1921 Toshimaro Kurai graduated from Tokyo University.
Career
Toshimaro Kurai entered Hypothec Bank of Japan and ultimately was promoted to post of director. In 1947 following Imperial nomination to House of Peers retired from the above post. Then in 1950 Toshimaro Kurai accepted appointment to the post of president of Niigata Iron works. He was permanent director of Japan Federation of Employers Associations.
