Received degree for thesis "The Form of Settlements" in 1952.

Career

Toshio No served as instructor of Hiroshima Army Preparatory School, and then as member of Army Meteorological Department.

Traveled about in various parts of Malaya and Eastern India. After returning taught first at Koryo University and then was appointed to post as professor of Ochanomizu University.
