Career
He served as director of Police Department of Nagano Prefectural Government, chief of Social Affairs end Local Affairs sections of Government-General of Formosa, Governor of Taichii Province of Formosa, Governor of Kwantung Province, member of House of Peers and president of Nihon Ringyokai (Japan Forestry Society) and Miyazakiken Ringyokai (Miyazaki Prefectural Forestry Society).
He became vice-chairman of Ryokufukai Giin Sokai (General Council of Ryokufukai Diet Members) and member of Ryoin Hoki linkai (Laws & Regulations Committee of Both Houses).
