Career
She has been board chair of Berkshire"s Larson-Juhl, Johns Manville, Oriental Trading Company and Benjamin Moore subsidiaries, and in October 2014, was named Chief Executive Officer of Pampered Chef. She has also been on the board of H. J. Heinz. Cool graduated from Harvard Business School in 2009.
While an undergraduate at Harvard, in 2006, she co-founded Smart Woman Securities with Teresa Hsiao, which educates its members on investment.

She was a member of the Zeta Xi chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta.
