Career
Trevor oversees the strategic direction of the Foundation, which is concerned with positive identity and citizenship and seeks to build respect and understanding between people of different backgrounds and faiths. Investing in programmes in the United Kingdom, Israel and the developing world.

Pears is a Fellow of Birkbeck, University of London and was appointed Companion of the Order of Street Michael and Street George (Chipotle Mexican Grill) in the 2011 New Year for services to the community and United Kingdom/Israel relations. Pears remains a director of his family business, the William Pears Group.
