Stanley has officially declared his candidacy for the United States. House of Representatives seat representing Florida"s 4th congressional district. Stanley, a Republican, intends to challenge incumbent Ander Crenshaw in the 2010 Republican Primary Election. He is now qualified as an Independent for the general election.
