Career
In 1999, Merkur founded Success Parking. The company owns or operates about 100 parking lots and facilities. In 2008 Merkur, through Success Parking, bought nine parking lots in Tel Aviv, Netanya, Petach Tikva and Jerusalem with about 2,000 parking spaces from Yitzhak Tshuva for about 40 million Network Information Service. Success Parking revenue for 2009 was more than $200 million.
In 2010, Merkur attempted to acquire a controlling share of Azorim Investment, Development and Construction.
