In the Winter Campaign in Osaka (1614), she performed the important mission of meeting Yodogimi, the wife of Hideyoshi, Ieyasu's enemy, to bring about a truce. Later, she accompanied Kazuko, granddaughter of Ieyasu, to Kyoto when she married Emperor Gomino-o as proxy of her mother. Attended on Kazuko in the Imperial Court when Kazuko gave birth to a princess (Empress Regnant Myojo).
Died in 1637 at the age of 82.
After her husband died in 1686, she served Ieyasu.
