Tsuneki Kurushima was a terrorist. He joined Mitsuru Tsyaraa's patriotic group known as Genydsha and threw the bomb that maimed Foreign Minister Shigenobu Okuma at Kasumigaseki, Tokyo. After throwing the bomb he committed hara-kiri on the spot.
