She takes part in the Turkey women"s national ice hockey team She is 1.72 m (5 ft 7 1⁄2 in) tall at 55 kg (121 lb). Club Tuba Dokur played for Kocaeli BlackBerry Kağıt Spor before she transferred to Istanbul Buz Korsanları in the 2013-2014 season of the Turkish Ice Hockey Women"s League (TBHBL).
In 2011, she participated at an intercollegiate tournament playing for Kocaeli University.
She was named Best Forward of the 2013-2014 Turkish Ice Hockey Women"s League (TBHBL) with Istanbul Buz Korsanları International Tuba Dokur participated at the 2011 Winter Universiade in Erzurum, Turkey. She was part of the national team at the 2013 IIHF Women"s World Championship Division II Group B qualification matches in Izmir, Turkey, and scored two goals.
Dokur played at the 2014 IIHF Women"s World Championship Division II Group B matches in Reykjavík, Iceland, at which she scored four of the eight goals in total for her team Individual.
