He is Prince Talal"s fourth son. His mother is Moudie bint Abdul Mohsen Alangary First Rate (at Lloyd's) Tamimi. Turki bin Talal holds a bachelor"s degree in Political science.
He was graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and from the Army Aviation Academy (United States of America).
Prince Turki was a colonel pilot at the Army Aviation (Royal Saudi Land Forces). He is personal representative for Talal bin Abdulaziz.
He is also chairman of the Mentor Foundation.
