Ümran özev obtained her license on May 16, 2008. She entered Konak Belediyespor in her hometown, where she plays since then
She debuted at the 2014-2015 Union of European Football Associations Women"s Champions League qualifying match against Austrian SV Neulengbach on November 14, 2013.

Özev was admitted to the Turkey U-15 in 2009. She capped 7 times and scored one goal with the national U-15 team
Between 2010 and 2011, she appeared in nine matches of the Turkey U-17 team She took part in the team that played at the 2012 Union of European Football Associations Women"s Under-17 Championship qualification - Group 7 matches.
Called up to the Turkey U-19 team, she played at the 2013 Union of European Football Associations Championship First qualifying round - Group 5 and 2014 Union of European Football Associations Championship First qualifying round - Group 10 and 2014 Union of European Football Associations Championship Second qualifying round - Group 5 matches.
