Noel, Urayoán was born on April 12, 1976 in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Son of Thomas Noel and Maricarmen Martínez.

Career

Adjunct instructor Spanish Fordham University, Bronx, New York, 2002—2003. Lead vocalist Rock Band Opa, since 2000.
