Usaburo Yoshida served first at Nishimatsu Shoten Company and then entered Asano Bussan Kaisha (Asano Products Company or Asano & Company), ultimately becoming vice-manager and vice-chief of Products Department.
Served also as director of Sanyo Nampo Shokusan Kaisha (Sanyo South Seas Products Company) and chief of Production Public Relations and Cotton Wool departments of Daiken Sangyo Kaisha (Daiken Industrial Company). Senior managing director of Ito Chii Shoji Kaisha (Ito Chii Trading Company) beginning from 1949.
