Education
He graduated from Osaka Higher Commercial School in 1925.
Career
Ushinosuke Matsuda entered Nikka Seiyii Kaisha (Sino-Japanese Oil Manu-facturing Company) and in 1940 he became chief of its Tokyo Agency and in 1940 he worked as director of Business Department of Nihon Yuryo To-sei Kaisha (Japan Oil Stuff Control Company).
In 1943 he was appointed as director of Raw Materials Department of Teikoku Yuryo Tosei Kaisha (Imperial Oil Stuff Control Company) and then in 1946 he bacame managing director. In 1948 he worked as director-General of Yuryo Haikyu Kodan (Oil Stuff Rationing Corporation) and in 1950 as director and then managing director Nikka Yushi Kaisha.
Held additional posts of president of Okuda Company and director of Yuryo Seizogyokai (Oil & Fat Manufacturers’ Association).
