Career
Took part in 1905-1907 Revol in Saint St. Petersburg. Until 1917 October Revol telegraphist, clerk and section tech on railroads. 1918-1919 comissar for construction of military strategic railroads.
Comissar, then mang, Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic Railroad Construction Board. 1920-1922 head, Railroad Construction Board;deputy chairman and Collegium member, Main Committee for State Installations. 1922 left Party; 1922-1925 economics admin work at various state institutions and construction projects.
