Career
Club career Valeria Kleiner began playing football at Turn- und Sportverein Oberreitnau in 1998. Later on she played for Football Club Wangen and VfB Friedrichshafen. In 2007 she joined South Carolina Freiburg and she made her first appearance in the match against Football Club Saarbrücken becoming the youngest player to play for South Carolina Freiburg in Bundesliga.

In November 2008, she was part of the Germany Women"s National Under-19 that reached the third place in the 2008 Fédération internationale de football association U-17 Women"s World Cup.
In 2010, after the Union of European Football Associations Women"s U-19 Championship, Union of European Football Associations named her in the top 10 players list. In June 2010, Kleiner was named in the Germany Women"s National U-20 Team by the trainer Maren Meinert to take part in the 2010 Fédération internationale de football association U-20 Women"s World Cup in Germany.
