1918-1920 military comissar for Kazan’ Province. Member, Revol Military Councils of 5th, 10th, 14th and 2nd Armies. Member, Revol Military Council of Southern Front.

Lectured on ‘The Plan and Planning” at the High School for Party Organizers, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). 1933 presented paper at World Economy Conference, London. 2 December 1937 arrested by State Security organs.
