398 secretary, Odessa newspaper “Golos proletariata”. At 2nd Congress of Rumanian-Black Sea Front elected member, Executive Committee. From 1918 Party work in Moscow.
Helped organize 1st All-Russian and 1st All-Ukraine Congresses of Women Workers and Peasants. 1921-1923 Ukraine People's Commissar of Social Security, 1923-1926 worked for Centr Department of Women Workers, Central Committee, All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks). Then director, All-Union Public Nutrition Association.
At 4th Communist International Congress elected candidate member, Communist International Presidium. Foreign number of years managed International Secretariat for Work Among Women. 1935-1937 headed All-Russian Red Cross and Red Crescent Social.
Award: Order of Lenin.
