Began revol work as member, Saint St. Petersburg League for the Liberation of the Working Class. 1898— 1916 with Party organisation in Kiev and Moscow. 1917 member, Bolshevik Faction, Moscow Soviet.
Worked for Moscow educational authorities. 1920-1930 with Women's Department, Moscow All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) Committee and with Moscow Soviet. From 1930 pensioner.
