After the service in army (1980-92) he studied in Minsky University of culture. After finishing it (1987) he worked as educator in PTV №229 in Brest.

For the first time the poems of V.Debish were printed in magazine “Youth” in 1987. Also his works were printed in weekly journal “Literature and art”, magazine “Belarus”, almanac “The day of poetry”, collections “Mother`s word”, “Bitch bark roots”, “Pauluk Bagrum”.There was printed a collection of his poems “White birds” in 1992. V. Dedish is a fine and heartfelt lyric poet. There is a romantic light of a man, who misses sensitive, gentile, noble relationship between people, comprehension of earthly way of life and internal sources of life, pain for eternal memory in his poems. Also he treats to mythology.
His brother is A.Debish.
