Vasily Ivanovich Zhaglin

Background

Vasily Ivanovich Zhaglin was born on January 19, 1935 Khokhol village, Voronezh region, Russian Federation.

Education

Vasily graduated from the Ostrogozhsky Technical School of Railway Transport in 1954. He also finished the Industrial Planning Department of the All-Union Correspondence Financial and Economic Institute in 1975.

Career

Since 1954 Vasily worked as a train wagon master of the Southeast Railway.

In 1958-1959 he was working as a shift master of the Voronezh mechanical plant, then of the Voronezh plant of building materials. In 1961 he became a chief engineer of the special department No. 7 of building trust No. 3. Later in 1968 Vasily was a senior foreman of the site No. 3 of the Voronezh branch of the trust Rosorgtechstroy and later a chief designer of the projects of the "Voronezhstroymaterialy" production association.

He also was a Deputy General Director for Economics of the Voronezh Building Materials Plant. Since 1978 he worked as a director of the Voronezh silicate brick plant. Since 1992 he was a General Director and since 1993 a Chairman of the Board of Directors of CJSC "Voronezh Combine of Building Materials".

Achievements

• Under the guidance of Vasily Ivanovich new technologies and the release of a mineral wool slab "Tehron" mastics for sealing joints in panel houses, and equipment for the production of gas silicate were mastered.
