Career
At the age of 100, she began volunteering at the Prince of Wales Hospital in Randwick, where she worked until 2012. and The Vi Robbins annual volunteer award was named in her honour, launched by Kingsford Smith Member of Parliament, Matt Thistlethwaite. She was succeeded as the oldest living person in Australia by Ethel Farrell (born 27 November 1902).
