Viacheslav Malyshev, USSR Col.-general.


Malyshev, Viacheslav was born in 1902.


Graduated as an engineer from the Moscow Bauman Technical School, 1934.


Worked as a technical designer and works manager. Minister of Heavy Industry, 1939. During World War II, Minister of Tank Construction, 1941 -45.

Minister of Transport Machine Construction, and of Shipbuilding after World War II. Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party, 1939, and of the Presidium of the Central Committee, 1952-1953. Vice-Premier of the USSR. 1954-1956.


No religious basis is needed in order to display ethical behavior.


The emphasis on peaceful coexistence doesn’t mean that the Soviet Union accepted a static world with clear lines. Socialism is inevitable and the "correlations of forces" were moving towards socialism.
