Victor Konstantinovich Galakhov

Victor Galakhov was born in March 14, 1939.

Education

Graduated from Moscow State Institute of Culture (1968).

Career

In Voronezh he lived in 1959-1968. He worked as a drillmaster (1959-1961), served in the Soviet Army (1961-1963). Galakhov is organizer of many folklore expeditions, collector of folk songs and balalaika jargon, including in the territory of the Khokholsky district of the Voronezh region (Borshchevo village, Kostyonki village).
