1919-1945 intern, assistant professor, senior assistant professor, associate professor and professor, Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Leningrad Naval Medical Academy. 1945-1956 head Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Naval Faculty, Leningrad Military Medical Academy. In charge of gynecological research and organisation work for Navy medical sendee.
Presidium member, Leningrad Obstetrical and Gynecological Social. Member, Obstetrics Council and Council for Forensic Medical Expertise, Leningrad City Health Department. Examiner, Higher Certifying Commission, Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics Ministry of Higher and Specialized Secondary Education.
Member, editorial board, journal Akusherstvo i ginekologiya: wrote over 70 works, notably on: clinical and experimental research on protein therapy in obstetrics and gynecology, nitrogen and phosphorus exchange in the parenteral application of protein, the role of the reticulo-endothelial system, the significance of sex hormones in human and animal pregnacy, infertility, the influence of malacria on pregnancy, the metabolism between mother and fetus, painless childbirth, and physiological processes in the sex life of women within the Arctic Circle.
