1932 graduated Grozny Petroleum Institute, Azerbaydzhan.

Career

1937-1940 Head, Chair of Petroleum Technology, and Director, Grozny Petroleum Institute. 1940-1948 exec, posts in USSR Petroleum Industry. 1948-1957 USSR Deputy Minister of Petroleum Industry.

1957-1958 Chairman, Regional Economic Council, Bashkir Economic and Administration Rayon. Deputy, and member, Budget Commission, Soviet of Nationalities, USSR Supreme Soviet of 1958 convocation.

Religion

Religion doesn't give equal treatment to women and therefore contradicts basic human rights.

Member, Communist Party, since 1939.
