In 1970, Viktor graduated from the Belarus Theatrical Institute (present-day Belarusian State Academy of Arts).

Initially, Viktor received education in the architectural college. Later, in 1970, he graduated from the Belarus Theatrical Institute (present-day Belarusian State Academy of Arts).
In 1968-1972, Viktor was fortunate enough to take part in the expedition of the Institute of Art History, Ethnography and Folklore of the Academy of Sciences of the BSSR. Travelling around his native land gave him a great chance to learn the Belarusian culture better.
Beginning from 1976, Viktor took part in different art exhibitions. His works were shown in many countries, including Belarus, Poland, the United States, Germany, France, Canada and others. Moreover, his solo exhibitions took place in Navahrudak (1996) and Minsk (2002-2005).
During his lifetime, the painter produced book and easel graphics, as well as ceramic art works. Moreover, he designed mail envelopes and stamps.
Viktor was a member of the art group "Pahonia".
Viktor was a modest person.
