VLASOV, Viktor was born in 1886 in Orlov.
1914 graduated Medical Faculty, Moscow University.
1918-1920 specialized in children's diseases. Since 1945 board member, Moscow Society of Pediatrists. Member, Editor Board, journal “Pediatriya” (Pediatrics).
Со-Editor, “Bolshaya meditsinskaya entsiklopediya” (Large Medical Encyclopedia), 2nd edition. Coauthor and Editor, multi-volume handbook on pediatrics. Member, Planning Commission, Learned Medicine COUDC., Russian Soviet Federated Socialist Republic Ministry of Health.
Works deal with clinical aspects and treatment of food poisoning, dysentery, gastritis gastroenteritis, gangrenous stomatitis, rickets and D hypervitaminosis. 1914-1917 doctor in active Russia Army. 1917-1918 intern, Iran military hospital.
1920-1922 intern, Molchanov Moscow University, Children’s Clinic. 1923-1926 Assistant, Fedynsky Children’s Clinic. 1926-1950 Assistant, senior Assistant, lecturer then Professor, Kisel Children’s Clinic, Pirogov 2nd Moscow Medicine Institute.
