Viktor Borisovich took part in performances of the Voronezh Drama Theater (1979-1983). He became an artist of the Grodno Drama Theater (1983-1988), where he played the roles of Boris ("Eternally Alive" Viktor Sergeevich Rozov), Nikolka ("Women’s Riot" by Yevgeny Nikolaevich Ptichkin) and others. Artist of the theater "Koleso" the city of Togliatti (1988-1993), among the roles are Nikita ("The Power of Darkness" by Lev Nikolayevich Tolstoy), Cassio ("Othello" by William Shakespeare) and others.
