Viktor Fedorovich visited the art studio (led by B.C. Gendelman) at the Mechanical Plant (1962) and the art studio (led by E.M. Romanovskaya) at the House of Comintern (1968-1976). He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Voronezh Polytechnic Institute (now Voronezh State Technical University) (1971), from the Mukhina Leningrad Higher Arts and Crafts College (now Saint Petersburg Stieglitz State Academy of Art and Design) on the specialty "art glass and ceramics" (1985, instructors: F.S. Entelis, I.P. Vasilyev, D.M. Nikitin, Y.V. Zhuliev).
Career
From 1972 Viktor Fedorovich worked in brigade (led by E.G. Plotnikov), took part in the design of the House of Culture "Jubilejny" (Kalach, Voronezh region), the interiors of the Plant of radio components (Voronezh, 1973). In 1974-1979, he worked independently as a chaser for the design of the cafe "Pogrebok", "Lada", and the store "Ocean". Since 1974, he was the participant of city, regional, zonal, All-Russian exhibitions. Since 1988, the monumental artist at the Voronezh Creative Industrial Works.
The author of various products (floor vases, plateaus, candlesticks) from faience, chamotte, glass and crystal in the technique of engraving and diamond pattern.
